These kids did their part for a NEW Abbott Library, have you?

Earnest readers spent several hours reading in the library on Saturday, May 18th at the first-ever Lock-in Read-a-thon. Dressed in comfy pajamas and soft stuffies in tow, kids read to themselves and outloud to each other. Their pledges and donations brought in over $870.00! All of this money will go towards the NEW Abbott Library. Director Mary Danko was thrilled with the event, “I was so impressed with their dedication to and focus on reading! We plan to do this again next year, probably in March so stay tuned!”
